A living dictionary that transforms emotions into keys to better understand yourself and live life to the fullest. Each emotion, each quality becomes a living archetype, an inner companion.

Through words, symbols, scenarios and cultural references, discover the art of embracing your multiple facets and learning to coexist with yourself…

Philosophy of Plural Being

Each individual is a complete microcosm, an inner universe where all human polarities coexist: love and anger, lightness and depth, curiosity and wisdom, humor and seriousness. This is structured in eight movements:

Attachment — Reflection — Inspiration — Energy — Apprehension — Harmony — Determination — Independence.

To live is to recognize, explore and harmonize these multiple facets.
